Sunday dinners with the Day family are always exciting. Kids all over the place, noise, chaos, delicious food (except when Grandma drags us to Golden Corr*l). I quite enjoy it. My two darling nieces love to play house, school, bank, store, mom, and doctor. Last sunday I was asked to lay down and be sick so they could fix me. I obliged and this is how they cured my cough, runny nose, and broken arm..... I think it goes as a great example of Obama*s new healthcare plan :) I almost suffocated to death. Good thing Kday's sister intervened for a quick photo...

As you can see.... I gave my nieces a taste of their own medicine, once I escaped the wrath of scotch tape :)

reminds me of the time (many, MANY years ago) when my friend and i taped lauren and crystal's eyes shut when they fell asleep on the couch watching a movie. our goal was to have them wake up thinking they were blind. we thought it was pretty genius, until we learned that it wasn't so genius after all.
Funny!!!!!
Kids are so funny; they think of the best ideas!

Little layla is so BLESSED to have you guys as her parents! you are going to be able to show her so many things and are already doing such a FANTASTICALLY GREAT job!!! as a matter of fact, I'm quite jealous. I think you are an amazing mother and absolutely LOVE all the pics you take and things you write about your new little family! and um LOVE, love, LOVE the countdown tree!! We have something similar, but didn't pull it out this year, being lazy may I add, since we have like 3 other ways of countdown calendars! well, gotta run since I'm just rambling, but can't wait to see more pics of your new little family on CHristmas day!!!
